There are those moments in a marriage that once you go through them, you just know that you guys are meant to be. And for Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, one of those moments happened to happen on their honeymoon.
During an appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” to promote her new film “The Spy Who Dumped Me,” Kunis recounted the details of the honeymoon that had the two lovebirds enjoying a getaway along the California coast in an RV with not only their baby daughter but Kutcher’s mom and dad.
Yes – a honeymoon with the in-laws.
From there, the story gets even more weird, as the couple goes through everything on their trip from their air conditioner breaking down in the intense California heat to getting lost trying to find their way to a place to get the AC fixed.
“We almost died on the side of the road when Apple Maps took us on a road—it wasn’t a road,” Kunis told host Jimmy Fallon. “It was a fire road on the side of a mountain. We all had to jump out of the vehicle and walk for like three miles while my father-in-law drove the van and Ashton, like, navigated him over gigantic boulders because there had just been a massive flood.”
Of course, this trip did nothing to slow down the love between these two, who are now parents to two children and just celebrated their three-year wedding anniversary.
